Navigate to Your Sales Pipeline

Log in to your Pipedrive account

Click on the "Deals" tab in the navigation menu to access your sales pipeline

Locate the Deal or Lead to Assign

Identify the specific deal or lead that you want to assign to a team member

Assign a Deal or Lead to a Team Member

Click on the deal or lead that you want to assign. This will open the deal or lead details

Look for the "Owner" or "Assigned to" field within the deal or lead details

Click on the field to open a dropdown menu

Select the team member you want to assign the deal or lead to from the list of available users

Save or update the deal or lead to confirm the assignment

Re-assign a Deal or Lead

Locate the deal or lead that you wish to re-assign within your sales pipeline

Click on the deal or lead to open its details

Find the "Owner" or "Assigned to" field

Select the new team member to whom you want to re-assign the deal or lead

Save or update the deal or lead details to confirm the re-assignment
