How to Create Activity Types for Tailored Sales Processes

Navigate to the Activities tab

Sign in to your Pipedrive account

Click on the "Activities" tab
After logging in, you will be taken to your Pipedrive dashboard. Click on the "Activities" tab in the top navigation bar.

Access the company settings
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page, and then select "Company settings" from the dropdown menu.

Go to the Activities settings
In the company settings, click on "Activities" under the "Company" section.

Customize activity types

Add activity type
Add a new activity type by clicking the "Add activity type" button, entering a name for the new activity, and choosing an icon. Click "Save" to add the new activity type.

Edit an existing activity type
Edit an existing activity type by clicking the "Edit" button next to it, changing the name or icon, and then clicking "Save."

Deactivate an activity type
Deactivate an activity type by clicking the "Deactivate" button next to it. Deactivated activity types will be moved to the "Deactivated" section.

Reactivate a deactivated activity type
Reactivate a deactivated activity type by clicking the "Activate" button next to it in the "Deactivated" section.

Rearrange activity types by clicking and dragging them to the desired order in the list.

Verify the changes in the Activities tab
Return to the Activities tab and refresh the page to see the updated activity types when adding a new activity.
