Click on ‘New Rule’ to create a follow-up reminder.

For the trigger, select 'Conversation stays in inbox for X hours without a reply'.

Set the Duration
Specify the duration after which the reminder should be triggered.

Choose Action
Select the action to be 'Send a Reminder' when the rule is triggered.

Save and Test Rule
Save the rule and test it to ensure it works as expected.
