How to Connect Tableau to a CSV or Excel File
Tableau can connect to a variety of data sources, including CSV and Excel files. This allows you to use Tableau to visualize and analyze data from your CSV or Excel file.

Open Tableau Desktop
Launch Tableau Desktop. You should see the initial splash screen with various options.
